Here are a few sample prices to give you an idea of how affordable these building are.

Quality Material & Construction

All exterior wood is pressure-treated pine.  This includes skids, floor joints, plywood floors, siding and trim.

Exposed nails are ring shank for maximum strength and no rust spots.

All buildings come with locks and keys.

Floor decking and plywood are 5/8-inch pressure-treated plywood.

Wall studs are 24-inch on center, doubled under siding seams to help seal buildings.

Each type of building comes with many standard features.  For example, barns come with a single or double barn door.  A playhouse has a house-style door and two windows.  Various other options are available including:

Quick Delivery & Free Set Up

Buildings on the Carousel of Collectibles site can usually be delivered within five work days (weather permitting).

Buildings ordered can usually be delivered in 10 to 15 days (weather permitting.) 

No site preparation is necessary if 1) site is accessible with pick-up truck and trailer, and  2) site is no more than three feet out of level.

Free set up includes leveling with pressure-treated wood blocks.  We can set up on concrete blocks if you supply them, or we can supply them for $2 per block.

Free 30-mile delivery radius.  Over 30 miles subject to $2 per mile charge.

Rent to Own

No credit checks.

Just a small security deposit plus your first month's rent, and we'll set up the building on your site.

No strings.  Contract is month-to-month.  Turn in anytime.

Just pay for 36 months or pay the remaining balance, and the building is yours.
